We are looking for a dynamic and creative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager to join our team. The CRM Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, fostering loyalty, and creating a sense of community among Decathlon customers in the Philippines. By executing effective relational marketing strategies, this role contributes to increased customer retention and repeat business, ultimately driving business growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Strategy Development 

The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, enhancing their overall experience and loyalty. 

  • Create and implement comprehensive customer relationship strategies that include personalized communication, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives. 
  • Use customer data and insights to segment audiences and tailor marketing messages and offers to different customer groups. 
  • Develop and oversee customer feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gather insights and refine relationship strategies.


2. Campaign Management and Execution 

Managing and executing relational marketing campaigns that aim to engage and retain customers through targeted and personalized interactions. 

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, loyalty offers, and personalized promotions, to engage customers and drive repeat business. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, click-to-open rates, unsubscribe rates) and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness. 
  • Coordinate with creative teams and stakeholders to develop engaging content and ensure that campaigns align with brand messaging and objectives. 


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Working with various internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of relational marketing strategies and alignment with overall business goals. 

  • Collaborate with the Customer Delightment Team and Commercial Team to integrate customer relationship strategies into CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions. 
  • Engage with the marketing team to align relational marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and strategies. 
  • Partner with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues or opportunities identified through relational marketing efforts.


What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of Marketing and Communications or CRM experience, plus points for Retail Industry experience but not required.
  • Marketing Fundamentals: In depth knowledge of Marketing Fundamentals and the ability to strategize and execute based on business and marketing objectives.
  • CRM Systems: Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Batch, etc.) to manage customer data, track interactions, and execute personalized marketing campaigns. 
  • Data Analysis: Skills in analyzing customer data and campaign performance metrics to gain insights and optimize marketing strategies. 
  • Campaign Management: Experience in designing, executing, and managing relational marketing campaigns across various channels.
