Customer Service sales assistant is a really good role to discover a career in Decathlon, whether you have an experience in the industry or not. We are looking for energetic sports enthusiasts who wish to turn their passion into a career. You will be at the center of our obsession in the company: a Satisfied or Satisfied customer experience! This is a part-time or a full time position with the following roles and responsibilities.
Welcome customers and build their loyalty so that they will come back! Be present at the store’s entrance and have a helpful attitude. Interact with customers; Smile, hello! And identify what their needs are. Offer everything from your store's customer service policy: returns, financing, workshop, hire, etc.
Manage online orders to create a unique user experience from the store. Give customers the best possible collection experience, ensuring that all of the fundamentals of customer relations are applied: greet them, be friendly and helpful, identify any needs, etc.
Assist your customers by giving them an exceptional payment experience. Take an active role on the last mile of our members’ store journey , by being attentive and available, ensuring a pleasant checkout experience! Be the expert on our different payment solutions and our unique self-checkout systems.
