As a Customer Service Manager, your mission is to manage all relevant customer touchpoints for your assigned Decathlon store. This is a full-time  role reporting to the store leader, with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer engagement & sports partnerships policies – You will help design the best Decathlon store experience for your customers through attractive visual merchandising executions, promoting the decathlon brand of customer welcome inside the store, facilitating physical and digital customer feedback, implementation of traffic-generating brand campaigns, and event creation with sports partners in your catchment area. You are a project leader, and you will train the team in building their sports partnerships.

  • Business Growth Partner - Promote Decathlon’s sustainability mission in-store through revenue-generating campaigns for Ecodesigned products, and circular economy efforts like the Buyback, Second Life (preloved) programs, as well as the promotion of value added services in the store such as  workshop repairs and customization services. As CSEL, you will lead teammates (Dept. Mgr, Sales Assistants) by making them responsible and getting them involved in developing sales and product-service systems.

  • Facilitate a local payment processing policy - Work with the key departments across the Decathlon Philippines business group in ensuring payment methods and quick check-out for the customers (encouraging autonomy), and overseeing the back office management of the cash flows that will ensure convenience and security for both teammates and customers.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Sportive! Must be passionate about sports.

  • Graduate from a Bachelor's/College Degree

  • Energetic and optimistic!

  • Analytical and has a knack for problem-solving.

  • Has motivational communication skills

  • Flexible and agile to different career opportunities and development
