1. Workforce Administration & Payroll

Coordinating monthly payroll and ensuring data integrity in our HRIS system.
Training managers to become autonomous in basic HR administration.

Leading the Onboarding journey for every new hire.

3. Safety & Workplace Guardian

Managing site layout, storage, and equipment needs.
Leading safety inductions and ensuring everyone is up-to-date on medical check-ups.
Acting as a listening ear to maintain a climate of trust and transparency.
