Decathlon Philippines is expanding in the next 3 years, and we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and success! To accompany this fast development, we are looking for a Conformity Manager under our Supply, Logistics, and Commerce team.
As a Conformity Manager you will monitor and ensure product conformity for Decathlon Philippines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards as we continue to grow and evolve. As our compliance specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in compliance across the organization.
You’re a Strategist! You animate the homologation of Decathlon Products in the country.
You are competent in the product regulations of the country. You put in place a strong watch on the latest regulations and standards to ensure that all Decathlon products are in compliance with Philippine Customs and other regulating bodies.
You guarantee and monitor the risks in terms of compliance of all products under catalog in local market, legally imported and traded in the country.
You create your network and manage the relationships with the government authorities, regulating bodies, service providers, customs brokers, law firms, and other functional departments related to product compliance.
You coordinate with service providers, customs brokers and/or law firms to update the digital tools and make annual evaluations of their performances.
You are responsible for the application and management of permits and licenses with the concerned government agencies to allow the importation and trade of products in the country.
You work and collaborate with your conformity network to ensure the compliance of the products in the country.
You will make the needed information accessible to everyone and provide training when necessary. You communicate when needed on regulatory and normative requirements, developments and their concrete application in the perimeter.
You ensure compliance of the country offers and move priority projects forward based on local business needs and objectives.
You are able to detect, quality, analyze, and alert on non conformity of products being imported and traded into the country.

You are passionate for sports!
Have at least 3 years of experience in Product Compliance
Is knowledgeable and familiar on the rules and regulations for the regulated products under FDA, NTC, DOE, BIR, MARINA, and other government agencies
Have an experience in the the application of permits for the importation and trade of regulated products
Have strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills
Have strong conversational and written skills, and have an ability to connect with others with ease
Empathetic and passionate towards customers and teammates
Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
Autonomous and proactive, and can make decisions everyday
