As a Sport Leader, your responsibility will be to make your sport accessible within your community by sharing the benefits of your sport with your customers and users. Other responsibilities include:

• Sales and Operations – Help our customers with their sports journey through visual merchandising, store layouts, and store campaigns that highlight the full breadth of your products and services.

• Customer Satisfaction – Ensure the satisfaction of your customers and build loyalty across all channels by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them.

• Merchandising – Show your creativity in attracting fellow sport lovers! Grow your business with promotions, events, and partnerships that move people through sport.

You are responsible for ensuring that your products are available for purchase, and make decisions on your layout plans, products, and services that Decathlon has to offer, all while creating the best experiences for your customers. In short, you get to be both an entrepreneur and sports lover on the job!

Profiles we are looking for

• Must be passionate about sports!
• Energetic and optimistic!
• Has a knack for sharing their sportive experiences with customers 
• Positive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn
• Flexible and agile to different career opportunities and development
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work usual retail hours - including holidays and weekends
